Shipping/Returns


Shipping

Orders will be shipped out Monday-Friday. Please allow 3-5 days for processing and shipping. We do not ship out on holidays as well as bad weather conditions. Shipments will be sent out via USPS unless the customer chose a different carrier during checkout.

Tracking

If your tracking shows that your package was deliver but you can not locate it, please allow 2 business to ensure there was no error in tracking. After 2 days please contact the carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim for missing package. 

It is important that you make sure the address is correct.

Returns/Refund

All SALES ARE FINAL. Lost or damaged items may qualify for a refund. Also, if a package is returned due to an incorrect address we will process a refund. Please be mindful that you will be refunded for all items purchase except for the shipping fee. Please contact us immediately with your name and order number so we'll know who you are.

After delivery, you have up to 10 days to contact us about your order for refund. Packages that have been returned because of a delivery error will be refunded as soon as possible.
