Refund policy

For safety concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Although we do not accept returns, you may qualify for a refund if the item is damaged or lost in transit. Customers have up to 14 days after receiving item to contact us about an issue. It is recommended to keep note of your order number so that we can better assist the issue. If the package has not been delivered yet and it is 14 days past the delivery assigned date customers may contact us for a refund. If the address is incorrect we will immediately refund the customer before shipping out the order. If the order is returned to sender, customers may qualify for a refund with the cost of shipping deducted from the refund amount.
